What is Paisu?
Paisu is PaisaExpert's AI helper. It makes the site easier to use: ask it about tax, loans, saving, investing, insurance or side income, and it answers from PaisaExpert's own guides, calculators, news, glossary, rates and Earnwise, with a link to the page each answer came from.
Does Paisu use ChatGPT or another outside AI?
No. Paisu is built in-house at PaisaExpert and does not run on ChatGPT or any outside AI service. Your question is answered by PaisaExpert's own code, from PaisaExpert's own pages, and is never sent to another AI company.
Is Paisu free to use?
Yes. Paisu is free, and you do not need an account to ask it anything. Tap Paisu in the corner of any page, or type in the box at the top of this page.
Can Paisu tell me which stock to buy?
No. Recommending specific shares needs SEBI registration, and nobody can promise a stock will go up. Paisu will explain how investing works, from SIPs and index funds to tax on gains, but it will not pick stocks for you.
Is it safe to type personal details into Paisu?
Paisu never needs personal details to answer. If you type them anyway, card numbers, Aadhaar numbers, PAN, mobile numbers, email addresses and UPI IDs are replaced with [hidden] before the question is saved. Saved questions are used only to improve Paisu and the site, and nothing is sold.
How does Paisu learn, and can it be wrong?
Every thumbs up, thumbs down and source you tap adjusts which answers Paisu gives to similar questions next time. It only repeats what PaisaExpert has published, or works out sums with the site's own calculator formulas, and it shows the source so you can check. It can still pick the wrong passage, so treat it as general information, not personal financial advice. When it does not know, it says so.
