1. What you're agreeing to

By using PaisaExpert (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We're an independent personal finance media brand based in India.

2. This is information, not financial advice

Everything on this Site is general information and educational content. Nothing on this Site constitutes personal financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers, we are not chartered accountants, and we are not lawyers. For decisions specific to your circumstances, talk to a SEBI-registered fee-only adviser, a qualified chartered accountant, or a lawyer.

Calculators on the Site produce indicative results based on the inputs you provide. We do our best to ensure the math is correct, but real-world products may have terms, conditions, taxes and fees that change the actual outcome. Always verify with the product provider.

3. Affiliate disclosure

All articles, calculators, and tools on the Site are © PaisaExpert unless otherwise marked. You may share links to our pages freely. You may quote up to 300 words of an article with a link back. Republishing entire articles or recreating our calculators without permission is not allowed.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PaisaExpert, its founders, contributors and operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on any information or calculator on it.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Site (fraud, scraping, spam, attempts to break the platform).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll publish material changes prominently on the Site and email subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect.
